And these events resulted in charges for aggravated assault, obstruction, resisting arrest, bail-jumping, and failure to disperse, per the news.
According to the press, these events began to unfold when Jersey City cops responded to a car accident. While directing a large crowd away from the scene, however, cops got into a dispute with a woman. News reports allege this woman refused to release her grip on one officer’s hair. Read More

Recently a man was sentenced for kicking a window and damaging the door frame in a New Jersey State Police cruiser, per nj dot com. Additionally, during the same incident which involved a DWI investigation, he tried to escape from the police. Furthermore, he tried to spit on the troopers at the hospital, according to a new release from the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office. Subsequently, a grand jury indicted the man on six charges, including Throwing Bodily Fluid at Law Enforcement Officers. Last November he plead guilty to all six counts. CDS Distribution in a school zone, N.J.S.A. 2c:35-7
Winslow Township cops arrested two people on drug charges and a third on weapons offenses after a weeks-long investigation. Narcotics officers executed search warrants at two homes following investigations into drug sales there. And they allegedly found cocaine, oxycodone, marijuana, packaging materials and more than $1,600 in cash. Additionally, they allegedly found a loaded 9mm handgun and a defaced .22-caliber rifle in a vehicle. Consequently, the cops charged the various people with CDS distribution in a school zone, and the following crimes:

Trenton cops charged a man who ran after they confronted him, and found 118 decks of alleged heroin on him. The cops claim they saw a drug transaction with this man as the seller. When they confronted him, however, they say he ran. Nevertheless, the cops caught him and found the alleged CDS and currency. Consequently, they charged him with hindering apprehension, heroin possession, heroin possession with intent to distribute, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstruction.
