But a report from NJ dot com offers scant detail on what brought police into contact with this alleged offender. Last September a misunderstanding in a park lead to charges against a Jersey City Detective. Thus, the cop is under indictment for possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and false incrimination. Lakewood cops charged a New Jersey man with invasion of privacy, stalking, and three counts of burglary, per the news. Arguably this means police have reason to believe the defendant committed burglary three times and the other offenses one time. Indeed, app dot com reported, “On three separate occasions, [the defendant] illegally entered the victim’s residence,” quoting a Lakewood police lieutenant.

Throwing Bodily Fluid at Certain Law Enforcement Officers, N.J.S.A. 2c:12-13

Recently a man was sentenced for kicking a window and damaging the door frame in a New Jersey State Police cruiser, per nj dot com. Additionally, during the same incident which involved a DWI investigation, he tried to escape from the police. Furthermore, he tried to spit on the troopers at the hospital, according to a new release from the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office. Subsequently, a grand jury indicted the man on six charges, including Throwing Bodily Fluid at Law Enforcement Officers. Last November he plead guilty to all six counts. Aggravated Assault on Law Enforcement Officer

Police charged a Bridgeton High School student for punching a school officer in the face, per nj dot com. It all started when two teens got into a fight. Consequently, the school officer stopped it. But the officer did not have the situation under control. Indeed, after the fight, the youth charged the officer, punched him in the face, and broke his eyeglasses. Therefore, the cops charged the teen with aggravated assault on law enforcement officer and criminal mischief.
